AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A gathering of seminary students and international activists in support of the Resistance front, in condemnation of American-Zionist aggression, and to declare allegiance to the third Leader of the Islamic Revolution was held in the Baqi Prayer Hall of the Jamkaran Mosque, with the presence and address of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
Dr. Rashed Al-Rashed, a Bahraini author and political activist, speaking at this event, said that participants had come to this gathering to emphasize, through their declaration of position, their solidarity with the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a system based on guardianship. He stated that Imam Khomeini (r.a.) brought the system of guardianship from the books onto the scene, adding that they are being tested in their adherence to guardianship. Fifty years ago, he noted, the Guardianship of the Jurist (Velayat-e Faqih) was merely a theoretical discussion, but now we are witnessing the manifestation and existence of the system of the Guardianship of the Jurist.
He, as a member of the Central Council of the Islamic Action Society of Bahrain, continued by stating, “We declare our full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran based on our belief in the system of guardianship.”
He added that the enemies made a mistake in martyring the Imam of the Ummah, as they thought that by doing so, they were removing the head of a government from the scene, but their calculation was wrong. Martyr Imam Khamenei, he explained, was not the head of a government but rather the embodiment of the system of guardianship.
The Bahraini political activist, declaring his allegiance to the third Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasized that announcing allegiance to Ayatollah Sayed Mojtaba Khamenei is allegiance to the path of guardianship.
He stated that no matter the cost of this path, it is the path of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), adding that they are prepared to pay the price to preserve the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and declare their allegiance to the system of guardianship of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
